Flank steak pinwheels

Ingredients

1 flank steak
1 stick of butter
8 basil leaves
4 stalks of green onion
5 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup of spinach
Worcestershire sauce about 6 dashes
Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

1.Slice flank steak into think flaps if looks too thick. Chop basil, garlic and green onions. Mix in with one stick of butter.
2.Place butter mixture on steak and spread out. Put spinach on top and then roll into a log. Cut log into pinwheels and place a long toothpick to hold together.
3.Dash the pinwheels with worcestershire sauce. Place on a hot grill.
4.Grill for about 3 mins on each side, depending on thickness of the steak.
5.Once done, drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Enjoy!
