| 1 flank steak | |
| 1 stick of butter | |
| 8 basil leaves | |
| 4 stalks of green onion | |
| 5 cloves of garlic | |
| 1/2 cup of spinach | |
| Worcestershire sauce about 6 dashes | |
| Salt and Pepper to taste |
| 1. | Slice flank steak into think flaps if looks too thick. Chop basil, garlic and green onions. Mix in with one stick of butter. |
| 2. | Place butter mixture on steak and spread out. Put spinach on top and then roll into a log. Cut log into pinwheels and place a long toothpick to hold together. |
| 3. | Dash the pinwheels with worcestershire sauce. Place on a hot grill. |
| 4. | Grill for about 3 mins on each side, depending on thickness of the steak. |
| 5. | Once done, drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Enjoy! |
