2lbs Ground Beef or Ground Turkey | |
3/4 cup of your favorite teriyaki sauce (light not thick) | |
2 tbs onion powder | |
1 tbs worcestershire sauce | |
1 tbs garlic powder | |
SAUCE | |
1 tbs crunchy peanut butter | |
1tbs honey | |
4 tbs teriyaki sauce (Add more depending on thickness) |
There's nothing like a great tasting burger. Now let's get started!
1. | Take a large bowl and mix meat and Teriyaki sauce. |
2. | Add onion powder and garlic powder. |
3. | Add worcestershire sauce and mix together. |
4. | Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well. |
5. | Once mixed, form burgers into patties and fire up your grill. Make sure your grill is very hot because we are going to flame grill them fast. |
6. | While the grill is heating up prepare your sauce. Mix peanut butter, honey and teriyaki sauce together. Add more teriyaki sauce to get to desired thickness. |
7. | Now that grill is hot, place your patties on the grill, for about 7 mins on each side. After completed, for about 15 mins, let the burgers sit with the grill off to continue to cook on the inside while keeping the juices in inside. |
8. | Optional, throw some sliced pineapples on the grill to garnish with your burger. |
9. | Now your ready to serve. Garnish your burger with lettuce, pineapple and drizzle that honey crunch sauce. Enjoy!! |
