| 1 dozen eggs | |
| 1/4 cup of Mayo | |
| 1/8 cup of Miracle Whip | |
| 1/4 cup of Sweet Relish | |
| 1/2 tsp salt to taste | |
| 1/2 tsp pepper to taste | |
| Paprika to garnish | |
| Green Onion to garnish | |
| Parsley to garnish |

| 1. | Bring pot to a boil |
| 2. | Once water is at a boil, place eggs in pot |
| 3. | Boil for 12 mins |
| 4. | Place pot under cold water and peel eggs |
| 5. | Slice eggs in half and place yoke in a bowl and egg whites on a plate. |
| 6. | Mix egg yolk with all ingredients except for garnishing items. |
| 7. | Place mixture in a piping bag or a zip-lock bag. Squeeze mixture on to the egg whites. |
| 8. | Garnish with Paprika and optional green onions and parsley. |
