Citrus Chicken

Ingredients

Marinade
4 tbsp olive oil
6 limes (juice)
32 oz pineapple juice
4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 whole garlic chopped
1 lemon
1 orange
3-4 kumquats or sour oranges (small)
2- 3 lbs of chicken (thighs or any preference)
2-3 tbsp sumac seasoning
2 tbsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Great flavor!

Instructions

1.Mix all ingrediance together. Squeeze all the juices and chop the garlic.
2.Save about 1 cup of the mixture to base while grilling.
3.Place chicken in marinade and chill overnight.
4.After 24 hours, get your grill nice and hot! Make one side really hot and the other side cool.
5.Season your chicken with sumac, paprika, salt and pepper.
6.Grill on high for about 20 mins. Base with the extra sauce every 5-7 mins. During the last 20 mins of cooking place the chicken on the cooler side so it can cook thoroughly. Remove when done and enjoy!
