Are you like me? Growing up thinking the best way to get a perfectly boiled egg would be to boil it slow for an hour, hoping the shell doesn’t crack. Then becoming disappointed when you colored your Easter eggs and they had dye going inside the egg. Or, you tried to defy the results by boiling the eggs on high and they cracked over 50% of them. Then the worse was, you tried to make deviled eggs and everyone one you peeled took parts of the egg white off making it look less appealing.

After searching and looking for ways to solve such a simple issue, I found the answer! Always start your boiled egg adventure with a hot boiling pot of water. After boiling, lower the eggs in the boiling water slowly trying to avoid cracking them while placing in the water. Wait about 12 -13 minutes and bring the pot over to a running stream of cold water. Crack each egg on the top and bottom under cold water and peel away! Watch the shell be removed from the egg with ease!
